Description
You see a man so bent with age that he seems almost a dwarf. His white hair, long and thick and falls into great braids from beneath a thin golden circlet set upon his brow. His eyes burn with a bright light, glinting as he gazes at you. He leans heavily upon a short black sceptre with a handle of white bone. Bent though he is, he is still tall and must in his youth have been a most powerful man. He has been High Lord of Ocheasuu for a very long time. He rules the land with an iron fist, and stands for no ones foolishness.
