Riding a Headless Raptor
Typically seen him when arriving at the Circular area from the south (he will arrive from west or east in the circular area)
Not sure of his mechanics
- Assumes he spawns when entering the area. not sure what the trigger room is
- Assumes he runs around in midfr for awhil
