Have seen half-orc in STF dungeons (the one with orcs, drows and harlots), room with north only exit.

City of Stormfront:  Dungeon Cell

     It would seem that at one time this cell was furnished with a bed, table, and chair.  But now
the room is in complete disarray as there is nothing but scraps of wood that used to be a table and 
chair and mere remains of the bed.  The walls are covered with slurrs and other forms of graffiti.

There is one obvious exit : north.
