Description

This spells wraps your target in invisble mental bonds. While held, they
will remain in range of your attack, and be able to try to struggle away
slowly.

Duration is determined by Casters Level and Wisdom (not Psionic skill)
versus the Targets Level and Wisdom-or-Intelligence.

Ducky, Raisa and Timion priests achieve bonuses, while Grimbrand and Cyrcia
priests acquire bonuses in the underdark. Timion priests achieve further
strengthened effect against marked.

Duration finally ranges from 2 to 12 rounds effective.

Saving throw depends on stun resistance and above duration result. You can
also not hold someone already incapacitated.
