~~ Way back when, many years ago, Shadowfall was one of the busiest towns in ~
~~~ these realms.  There were lots of shops, lots of bustling taverns, and ~~~
~ plenty of interesting people.  The head of the trading industry was Mengor ~
~ Mallex.  One day however, there was a great war in Shadowfall.  Legend has ~
~~ it Mallex was the root of the problems.  During the conflict, Shadowfall ~~
~ fell into ruin.  Poverty was everywhere and slums were popping up all over ~
~ town. Maybe if it is discovered why Mallex was the problem one might be able ~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ to lead Shadowfall into greatness once more. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Walkthrough

1. Go to Old Shadowfall
2. Kill the spider and take its key
3. Go to the Portcullis
   1. Insert key

5. look papers
6. read paper to solve the quest

Well Mallex has been caught trading with us. Anyday
now I expect the surface dwellers to be upon us.
We need to withdraw to deep within the tunnels to
protect ourselves. An exit to this building will
be hidden to give us time to rig some defenses further
down in the tunnels. Maybe one day we will be able to
return here to trade.
