Description
Storyteller:
Look beyond the Primitive Bridge in Old Shadowfall Ruins. The hobgoblins there have been stirring. Perhaps more information can be gained by shaking things up in that area.
Maybe a little bloodshed will garner further clues.
Walkthrough
Objective is to kill Grathak the Warlord
East of Shadowfall (hobs, east of trapdoor)
- must kill hobs FAST. close to cleaning it out, just as you clean it, there is a white text, and message about stronger hobgoblins appear. (champions) (ive never found these)
- clean all again, and new white message about Raiders appearing. Kill again as fast as possible,
- New message about angry ogre appearing,
- work you r way towards the area east of the pit, at this point you have to fight your way towards him
- The the warlord/warchief will arrive into the room east of the trap
- Kill fast, he does berserk or bloodlust, is immune to stun, and easily does 600hp pr round melee when berserked
It is easy to fall into the trap! It seems that if party leader falls in, the others doesn't actually walk
DANGER when
Grathak the Warlord's eyes turn red and he gets the sudden lust for blood.
This quest is hard as Warlord Hits very hard, as well as the Trap outside causing problems, some tricks that might help!
- ALWAYS use stoneskin on tank
- ALWAYS taunt with tank
- Messages on arriving heavies always seem to come while in old shadowfall
- It MIGHT help to cast cats grace on the party members to get them past
- Setup speedwalk aliases to get others to run around back if they fall in, if you wall in with leader, then the others will wait
Last room is room east of trap
