Walkthrough

Location: In the Mirror,

  1. head 4xn, ne, e, ne, up. There you'll find the Time Warrior, kill him and you'll get the quest. Simple

 

Rewards: You should receive spell slow as reward (mage/bard spell) Type look runes to learn it from the staff.
