Description

Skin drips and hangs from the skeletal body of this former titan, now turned liche. The left side of his face is nothing but a skull, while the right side still resembles a memory of his former self. Long black robes drape over his bones and cover the majority of his body. Surrounded by a dark aura and hovering just above the ground this massive being seems to pay little attention and have zero concern of your presence here. He is in excellent condition.

In Underdark, down from Muliskar, near Ozalea-Varus, find the room with west only exit
move altar
climb down

Go all north, then 'traverse the darkness' to find him

• Something like Meteor swarm, but single target
• Molten Ground
• Horrid Wilting
• Summon Ghoul (it dies in 1-2 rounds)
• Andrail gestures into the air and several, sharp and massive bones rip through the ground and walls impaling you!
  • This seems to do some 100+ aoe damage (100+ after glyph damage reduction)
• Some sort of heal over time or micor cure (only observed once)
