~ Taniwha's been up to no good again.  Seems a crazed miner has stumbled across 

a piece of living rock, the leftovers of Taniwha's experiments.  Well, that 

living stone only made the poor guy crazier, so you might have a hard time 

persuading him to part with it. ~

Walkthrough

Likely the Crazed Miner

You can kill the Crazed Miner for the scroll, however to solve the quest, you have to go into Vilmiud, then go to the general store and buy flour.

then go upstairs inside the city, then eastwards until you find the old lady, give her flour when she asks for it, she will give you a cookie

Go to the Crazed Miner, and give him the cookie. he will give you the Scroll of the Stones and solve the quest
