- After having done Quest 346 - Whack-a-pest, this becomes available.
- Hold a bow, then
- You have to hide and sneak in the forest between Daggerford and Oceania. Then when the crow shows up, use the sniper shot (shoot sniper shot at crow)
- Return to the guild to get your reward
