The movie "Bridge over Kwai" is about prisoners of war that is forced to build a railroad bridge across a river. They then later work to sabotage it/blow it up.

There are at least two bridges inside Lycan Citadel, these span the river Gelion.

Could it be one should blow these bridges up somehow?

Could there be other bridges, or other rivers, where one is to build a bridge?

Lava Annihilator stands on top of a bridge. This room reacts differently to "taunt walls" than other rooms. May be a syntax here...

note that the other rooms with bosses in them inside Molten Core, also does not react the same to taunt walls, so it might not be related....
