Walkthrough
- In Underdark, go to the Cave of Madness (Near the Large Hell Hound and The Filthy Gnomes area
- Kill the giants,
- then get heart, and drink heart they drop (not sure if this is needed, or what it does)
- go nw,nw,w,sw,w,w,w
- cast knock at chest
- open the chest, with a vanguard to get the reward.
