Description
    Abjure all is the more powerful, but less selective version of abjure.  Upon
    casting, a maximum amount of HPs worth of monsters are destroyed instantly. 
    The amount is based only on the caster's level.  No summoned creature has
    resistance other than their CURRENT HPs. The abjure all has a minor side
    effect of leaving the caster unable to cast again for a few seconds.
