Description
    This spell reincarnates someone from the dead. Note that it's expensive and
    only effective on those players with enough mana accumulated to have
    something worth reincarnating.
    
      * The caster must have the consent of the ghost to bring them back into
    this
        world.
    
      * This spell should only be used as a last resource, as it can totally
    destroy a
        character.
    
      * At best, the player gets their original stats restored.
    
    At worst, they are totally destroyed beyond all hope of recovery.
    
    In between, various horrible things may happen, including partial loss of
    skills and spells. Or transformation into some other race, with or without
    preservation of skills/level.
