Description
    Shadow Stare is a powerful spell in which you draw in the darkness from the
    surrounding shadows and then release those horrors into your target. In
    order for this spell to work you must be able to 'see' your target. The
    power of the spell increases/decreases with the shadows, so for maximum
    power you must find a time in which there are the most shadows. The power of
    the stare increases with level as well. You must allow enough time between
    stares for your eyes to recover.
