Description
This is a small shiny metal box that encases a straight row of ten small reeds. The box is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand. Its exquisitely designed case does not give you the slightest clue as to how beautiful it sounds when played. The highly polished case is engraved with a circle which is enclosed by entangling ivy vines that swirl in and around the circle so subtly that you faintly notice your admiration of this instrument that is not only a pleasure to play but also quite beautiful to look at also.The metal of the case seems to burn with inner fires as you look at it, and a faint haze, as of smoke surrounds it.
The reeds inside this instrument are of different lengths and when played they release a variety of notes that, in skilled hands, blend together in the most soulful of ways.
