Description

The Storm Cloak, red like the eye of a great tsunami, or red from the blood of it's creator's
victims, one will never know.  The cloak seems mostly insubstantial, made from runes themselves, 
linked together in an unusual fashion.  Pulling or stretching of the runic-fabric sends red sparkles 
into the air.  What other powers this cloak possessive remains to be seen...
