These bracers are unlike anything you have discovered before.  They have been crafted from an
unfamiliar sleek, black material that seems to offer decent protection.  Along the side are three 
silver buckles that will allow you to tighten the bracers to fit perfectly.  It does seem that they 
will occasionally come loose however.
