Not sure if this is related to this quest, but feels like it:

1. At Island all north of the OC sea
2. Find Rober at night in the city and attack him, read his note
3. Go to his hut, and rap the door
4. Kill Rober and his flying monkeys inside his hut (again, he spawns only at night)
5. Read the note to learn how to climb fences
6. Got to the forest north of the city, enter glade, nw, climb fence, enter tower, tower

This will bring you into the base of the tower where there are 3 rooms, one with a parrot, one with a book. At this point im stuck...
