Story:
Notes
- This quest logically follows after Quest 289 - The Ancient Eight.
- It is unknown if you need to have solved Quest 289 - The Ancient Eight, or have the Ancient Talisman to be able to do it
Walkthrough
- In Underdark, down from Muliskar, near Ozalea-Varus, find the room with west only exit
- move altar
- climb down
- when you go north, you get first mission update for Quest 289 - The Ancient Eight, you may choose to do this first.
- You will now be in a corridor that goes north/south, to the east and west for each room there is a god/Titan
- You have to kill each god, and you will get a mission update
- They do not autoattack
- Their weapons are insanely heavy, so i dont recommend picking them up.
- After having killed all 8, you can go back south, and you will get the reward, the Ancient Talisman
- After having done Quest 289 - The Ancient Eight, go all north, then:
- 'traverse the darkness' to get to a room with Andrail. He does not autoattack
- Prep for a LONG and heavy fight.
- Combat strategy:
- He is known to use
- Acid Cloud
- Horrid Wilting
- Molten Ground
- Electrical damage
- Heavy melee damage
- He can be disarmed
- I recommend all resistances, and stoneskin on tank
- He is known to use
- Combat strategy:
- When he dies, you get the Belt of the Gods
- All south, then 'scale wall' to exit
Andrail
Skin drips and hangs from the skeletal body of this former titan, now turned liche. The left
side of his face is nothing but a skull, while the right side still resembles a memory of his former
self. Long black robes drape over his bones and cover the majority of his body. Surrounded by a
dark aura and hovering just above the ground this massive being seems to pay little attention and
have zero concern of your presence here.
He is in excellent condition.

Belt of the Gods
This belt has been crafted from the purest gold, and has hundreds of diamonds and rubies attached
to it. The sheer value of this item would have to be astronomical. It was forged by the gods and
you feel a little strange as you hold it. It almost feels like their ancient power now courses
through your veins and infuses you with their protection. The front of the belt clasps by a gold
and platinum inlaid nine pointed star.
Some information about this item is obscured to you.
C. They do not autoattack
Not entirely true. I coded the north/ south path to have piles of gold and treasure. If you were to loot, aka steal, from the gods they will not only all auto but berserk and guard exit. :)
I'm pretty sure I gave Andrail finger of death also.
You... or someone in your party* loots. Greed can get you party wiped.
